Wedding Planning

What does wedding planning with Mala Events include?
Every wedding begins with a conversation about your vision, not a checklist. From there, the Masterpiece Package carries you through planning and design, venue selection and hotel room block support, site visit and vendor selection, full vendor management across catering, decor, entertainment, photography and audio visual, and month of logistics through event day execution. It is full service planning, start to finish.
No. Mala Events is full service only. We do not offer day of coordination, partial planning, or a la carte services. Every wedding we take on receives the complete Masterpiece experience, because a celebration at this level deserves nothing handled in pieces.
Both packages carry the same full service standard and scope. The South Asian and multicultural version is built for multi day, multi event celebrations, mehndis, sangeets, poojas, and receptions, with guidance through cultural customs and ceremony structure at every step. The American version follows the same process without the South Asian specific ceremony elements, which can always be added for a multicultural celebration.
Wedding packages start at $40,000 for up to four events. Our clients typically invest $500,000 and above in their celebration. We do not discuss pricing before understanding your vision, guest count, and the scope of what you are creating. Once we do, the right number becomes clear.
The Masterpiece Package includes four events: mehndi, sangeet, wedding, and reception. Additional events are available depending on scope for celebrations that call for more.
We curate and manage these vendor relationships, we do not provide them directly. Every vendor is selected, negotiated, and overseen by our team so the result feels seamless, even though Mala Events is the planning company behind it, not the florist, caterer, or photographer.
We plan 10 to 12 weddings a year. That limit is intentional. It is what allows every client to receive the full weight of our attention and creativity, rather than a fraction of it.
Globally. We are based in Boca Raton, Florida, and plan weddings everywhere, including South Florida, Orlando, New York, Los Angeles, Mexico, Italy, Spain, and anywhere else in the world for the right client. Geography has never been the limiting factor. Fit is.

One site visit to your venue is included in the Masterpiece Package. Additional visits are available for an added fee, which is common for destination celebrations or multi venue weekends.

Add ons include ancillary events such as smaller cultural ceremonies, welcome amenities and gift bag assembly, a shadow team to support your immediate family during events, wedding website management, attire coordination with designers and couture houses, garment steaming and on site wardrobe services, and RSVP management.
Yes. Vedaura Travel, our dedicated travel division, manages hotel room blocks, guest accommodations, and transportation logistics as part of the wedding experience, so your out of town guests arrive as taken care of as you are.

Does Mala Events plan birthday celebrations?
Yes. Alongside weddings and corporate events, we design birthday celebrations as part of our social events work, from milestone birthdays to intimate family gatherings and children’s celebrations.
Every birthday is designed around the story you want to tell. That might be a milestone birthday marking a significant decade, an intimate dinner for close family, or a children’s celebration built around a theme your child will remember for years. The scale changes. The level of detail does not.
We manage venue selection, vendor curation for catering and entertainment, event design and decor direction, and full oversight on the day itself, so you are present for the celebration rather than managing it.
Yes, both. A child’s birthday and a milestone birthday call for different creative approaches, and we design each with the same attention, whether the room needs to feel like a fairy tale for a six year old or a candlelit celebration for a fiftieth.
Globally. We plan birthday celebrations across our core markets, including South Florida, Orlando, New York, and Los Angeles, and anywhere else in the world for the right celebration.
Pricing varies as per each client’s request, the scope, guest count, and vision of your celebration. We discuss your event in detail first, then bring you a proposal built around what you are actually creating.
Both. Some of our most memorable birthday celebrations have been intimate, a candlelit dinner for twenty rather than a production for two hundred. Scale is your decision. Our standard does not change based on guest count.
We curate and manage these vendor relationships on your behalf. We do not provide florals, catering, or photography directly, we select the right partners and oversee every detail of their work.
The earlier the better, particularly for milestone celebrations or events involving out of town guests. Reach out as soon as the date and vision start to take shape, and we will guide you from there.
Yes. Vedaura Travel can manage hotel accommodations and transportation logistics for celebrations that bring family and friends in from out of town.

A luxury event is any celebration where the standard is uncompromising, an anniversary, an engagement celebration, a private gala, or a milestone occasion built with the same level of artistry, precision, and full service planning we bring to every wedding.
Yes. Alongside weddings, corporate events, and birthdays, we design anniversaries, engagement celebrations, and other private social events for clients who want the same full service experience applied to a different occasion.

We do not take on every event. We take on the ones we can execute flawlessly, and we give them everything. With 16 years at the highest level of this industry and an intentional limit on how many events we accept each year, every client receives our full attention, not a fraction of it.

No. We plan 10 to 12 weddings and 5 to 6 corporate events a year by design, alongside a limited number of birthday and luxury social events. That limit protects the quality of what we deliver.

Yes. Our corporate division plans leadership summits, VIP dinners, galas, award ceremonies, and celebrity speaker engagements, priced at 15 to 20 percent of the overall event budget once scope is established.

Does Mala Events plan destination weddings and events?
Yes. Destination celebrations are one of our specialties, supported directly by Vedaura Travel, our dedicated travel division built for exactly this kind of planning.
Globally. We plan events across Mexico, Italy, Spain, and other premier locations worldwide, in addition to New York, Los Angeles, Orlando, and South Florida. Geography is never the limiting factor. If it is the right celebration, we will go.
